There is more to personal training than simply making you get sweaty and out of breath! What I offer is a holistic approach to health and fitness by focusing on 3 areas of your life:

Exercise
The exercise we do is an exciting and playful blend of gymnastics, yoga, pilates, martial arts and classical bodyweight training. In fact, it might feel like you are in primary school all over again! The training is dynamic and enjoyable and will make you strong, fit, fast, supple and agile all at once!

Nutrition
If your goal is to lose weight then your eating habits are probably the most important factor in helping you achieve your goal. I have designed a very simple, yet very effective nutrition strategy based on Cognitive Therapy that will hopefully sort out your diet once and for all. It doesn’t involve deprivation of any kind and is easily sustainable- just say no to dieting!

Lifestyle
In order for you to be truly healthy, you need to pay attention to your overall lifestyle. Training hard and eating well still won’t be effective if you are overstressed, overtired and overworked! I will guide you in making major and minor lifestyle changes that will help you look, feel and move better!
